The Board of Directors of Quantas Advantage Inc. (“QA” or the “Company”) is pleased to invite you to the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the first since our listing on the Jamaica Stock Exchange on July 1, 2026.
The Meeting will be held in person at The Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel in Kingston, and will also be held virtually at www.quantasinvest.com, so that shareholders who cannot attend in person are still able to take part.
At the Meeting, shareholders will be asked to receive the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, to elect or re-elect Directors, and to re-appoint Ernst & Young Services Limited as Auditors of the Company. The full Notice of Annual Meeting and a Form of Proxy are enclosed with this advisory.
