Stanley is the EVP, Structuring & Product Innovation at Quantas Capital. He has over 16 years of experience in the financial industry with extensive experience in Investment Banking and Wealth Management. Stanley commenced his career in wealth management at Mayberry Investment Limited in 2006 before spending two years in portfolio and asset management with Pan Caribbean Asset Management Limited. In 2010 he joined NCB Capital Markets Limited (NCBCM) first as Executive Corporate Wealth Advisor before being promoted to head of the Corporate Wealth Management and Syndication team. In the latter capacity, he was responsible for the team that managed the portfolios of corporate clients as well as working with the Investment Banking (IB) team syndicate, IB transactions as well as NCBCM created structured products. In 2016, while still at NCBCM, Stanley moved to the role of Manager for Origination and Syndication in the IB Unit at NCBCM. It is here that he won several major mandates and led several landmark transactions that not only capitulated NCBCM to being one of the top IB shops in the region, but also significantly expanded Capital Markets activities locally. Most recently, Stanley held the post of Senior Manager in Investment Banking with Scotia Group Jamaica before becoming a part of the team at Quantas.
